$5,000 Sign On Bonus for drivers with 5 years of experience
$2,500 Sign On Bonus for drivers with 3 years of experience
The above sign on bonuses are subject to certain qualifications after hiring.
- $5,000.00 paid out quarterly over 24 months – starting day released from training
- $2,500.00 paid out quarterly over 24 months – starting day released from training
Continued Qualifications:
- Zero preventable accidents
- No warnings from 2nd step on in progressive discipline
- Should preventable accidents or warnings occur within a quarter, disqualification of bonus for that quarter. Qualification resumes the following quarter.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a clean MVR for the past three (3) years.
- Ability to interact with all fellow employees in a professional and effective manner.
- Ability to well interact with customers.
- Ability to comprehend and fully follow established and new company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in and adapt to changing business patterns.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be a responsible driver.
- Must be able to read customers' orders and follow safety regulations.
- Have good knowledge of roads and map reading skills.
- Have good work ethic.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical/drug screen and employment verifications per FMCR

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must meet all DOT requirements as prescribed in the “Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations” publication.
- Must have knowledge of DOT rules, regulations, and laws for the safe and proper operation of a tractor trailer
